Strategic Audits

Strategic audit of an enterprise is its evaluation from strategic management point of view. We conduct a complex analysis of an enterprise’s strategic management process that includes:

  • Strategic analysis,
  • Planning,
  • Implementation,
  • Motivation,
  • Control/Monitoring.

During a strategic audit, our experts especially evaluate procedure and quality of the internal and external environment analysis conducted in the enterprises, as well as assess competition and market position diagnosis of the enterprise. In the area of planning, they evaluate planning process and cohesion of mission and aims of the enterprise. At the implementation level, our experts focus specifically on process organization and effectiveness in the enterprise, as well as functional competence on the operating level (which also includes Human Resources Management). Next, or auditors become interested in determining in what scope organizational culture and wage scheme employed in the enterprise do in fact perform the motivation function. Eventually, we determine if the enterprise conducts control (if yes, then what type of control and how often), what the controlling procedure is, and if the post-control recommendations are communicated and if they are, next, implemented.

Based on the audit of the aforementioned areas, we prepare a final evaluation which becomes the basis for pro-development actions recommendations which will lead to strengthening of the strategic position of you enterprise.
