Marketing Strategy Design and Implementation

Marketing strategy is a set of actions undertaken by an enterprises aimed at achieving set market targets, such as: entering new markets, expanding market share, launching of a new product. The marketing strategy that has been carefully designed needs to be internally cohesive and adjusted to the specifics of the given market, and it should employ communication tools that are adequate for reaching targeted receivers. On the other hand, when preparing a marketing strategy, DCF experts always take into account both: financial possibilities of the Client (including forecast marketing budget), as well as their individual preferences/visions. Eventually, the marketing strategy  developed by the DCF includes a detailed set of actions undertaken in order to shape, in a cohesive manner, the following fields of marketing-mix:

  • Product,
  • Price,
  • Distribution,
  • Promotion.

It has to be underlined that in each case, the detailed scope of marketing strategy development is discussed with the Client. Upon Client’s request, DCF will also implement the prepared marketing strategy in the Client’s enterprise.
