A business plan is a strategic plan of enterprise development. At DCF, we work in a team of finance, marketing and management specialists to develop an original business plan fitting the individual needs of our clients. A correctly developed business plan enables efficient management of an enterprise, commencing with design / changes of organizational structure of an enterprise and gaining of adequate resources for implementation of strategies (material, HR, financial), through efficient conducting of designed actions and impartial evaluation of their implementation. Business plan is usually used as a basis for preparation of annual operating plans.
A complex business plan, developed by DCF, includes:

- Development of organizational structure (including: rights, duties, and responsibilities spans in various organizational cells), and resource structure (human, financial, and material),
- Development of capital structure and financial management.
Business plans that we often develop has been used as a basis for negotiation of span and conditions of enterprises growth financing with capital donors (banks, investors).
If desired so by our clients, we develop also specific elements of a complex business plan (e.g. strategic analysis, or a financial plan for an action planned in their enterprises), as well as a complex enterprise development strategy and assist in its implementation.
DCF has gathered extensive experience in development of business plans for the EU-financed program of Polish export support, in the period 2007-2013 (6.1. Operating Program Innovative Economy) – we have prepared so called export development plans. Working on these plans, we have evaluated economic, social, legal and geographical factors in selected countries, as well as competition, clients, suppliers, substitutes existing in the selected countries for specified product groups. At the final stage, we have set targets for specified markets and products, as well as financial targets too.
